THE SWEETEST SWING IN BASEBALL
an american premiere play
by Rebecca Gilman
directed by Amy Glazer
January 22 – February 20, 2005
Northside Theatre

It’s dog-eat-dog in New York’s contemporary art scene, but Dana always lands on top – until her new exhibition bombs and her personal life takes a nose-dive. To claw her way out of this funk, Dana seeks inspiration from the unlikeliest of sources – the bad boy of the favorite American pastime. From the Pulitzer Prize nominated playwright Rebecca Gilman, author of 2002’s smash hit Blue Surge.

Executive Producer: Jill Matichak Handelsman
Producer: Maryann (Missy) Kirchner
